Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shrtzcoll@gmail.com and include photos of the issue for review and resolution.
